Rental Information
The staff at Colorado Hall knows when planning your special event, it can be very difficult; we offer great planning skills and ingenuity for any event. The Colorado Hall is a full service special event or reception facility that offers warmth, creativity, and style. We accommodate our non-smoking facility to cater to your needs and expectations in every way. Our goal is to create an atmosphere that uniquely reflects you and the special event.
The Colorado Hall is pleased to offer packages designed to compliment your special event. The staff will aim to help make the best choices to reach your expectations.
. Colorado Hall banquet facility is 5000-sq/ft. It has complementary self-parking with 120 spaces available. We can accommodate up to 300 guests.
- We provide announcements the day of the special event on the marquee
- The main entrance is elegantly arranged with a classic taste of furniture and floral designs.
- We have a stage that can be used for either the band that will be playing in your event or it can also be used to accommodate the table of honor.
- There is a booth specially designed for the use of a disc jockey.
- Our large wooden dance floor is festively decorated with an illuminated lighting border
- Large clean Men and Women restrooms are available inside. We provide a private dressing room for the special guest.
- Well ventilated and NON-SMOKING banquet faculty
- Well air-conditioned, with 35 tons air-conditioning to keep you and your guest comfortable for your special day .

- Deposit of $300.00 will be required to reserve the day of your event and any services that are rendered which can be damaged, such as linens. This deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the contract.
The staff at Colorado Hall is willing to work around your busy schedule. To better serve you we offer catering, D.J., Photographer, limousine and an array of other services. If any of the services captures your interest please ask your representative for further package information and prices. If you shall have any changes in the event we ask to please notify us 30 days prior to the event.
