Your event is fast approaching! There are some important questions you need to ask yourself:

1) Am I doing my own catering?

If Yes: Have you made plans for someone to serve the food? And to clean up the leftovers and bus the tables when the event is over? If you do need someone, we at Colorado Hall, have our own In House Servers.  Our event facilitators have worked for many of our customers.  For a small fee they will stay throughout your event to do whatever you need done, serve food, replace empty food trays, throw trash during your event, etc.

2) Is someone else doing my catering?

If Yes: Have you looked at several price lists and made comparisons? Give us a call. We have many caterers for you to get prices from.

3) Am I going to do the decorations myself?

If Yes: Have you rented your decorations?  Here at Colorado Hall we have a several wonderful wedding packages on sale now.  Please schedule an appointment to collaborate with our In House Decorator that work with you, using our decorations you have rented, as well as others she can make up, to make your event inexpensive and hassle free.

4) Am I planning for someone else to do the decorating?

If Yes: Have you looked at several price lists, photos, and different possibilities, comparing each?  Please call us to discuss and we can help.  We have many resources that we can refer for your use.  Check out the prices with each one.  You may find that your budget cannot handle hiring a decorator. If you rent our decorations and have our Decorator do the decorating for you, you will find decorating your event with her very inexpensive compared to a decorator who has to bring all of their own supplies in our facility.

5) Can I order my own beer, Margarita machines,etc?

Yes: Unlike other event halls we do not charge additional fees for bringing your own alcohol.

6) Am I planning to have a family member or friend serve the liquor at my event?

If No: If you do need someone, we at Colorado Hall, have the perfect In House Server.  Our event facilitators have worked for many of our customers.  For a small fee they will stay throughout your event to do whatever you need done, serve food, replace empty food trays, throw trash during your event, etc.
